Cool and funky pettiskirt tutu with zebra print overlay. 3 tiers, 2 layers of soft chiffon with a satin waistband and bow. The waist is elasticised inside a satin sleeve making the skirt easy to put on and off by the children themselves, length and waist measurements below are taken unstretched, so there is a lot more give to them.
