How much do you charge for shipping?
We ship our stock using Australia Registered parcel post. This ensures delivery with tracking number & $100 insurance to cover for loss or damage. A signature is required upon receipt of your items. If you are not home at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your item at your local post office, identification will be required. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based on weight.

Within Australia Registered Parcel Post:
For small items (socks etc) $5.60
For 1- 2 items $7.45
For 3 - 4 items $8.70
For overseas Registered International Post
Delivery of 1 - 2 items:
NZ $15.90
USA/Canada/Middle East $20.50
Express post is available on request.
How long will it take before my item(s) arrive?
For Standard Delivery within Australia: 2 - 3 business days.
Overseas delivery will be 5- 10 days depending on location.
If payment is made instantly using Paypal, orders if placed before midday will be shipped the same day.
Can I request a refund?
At Lunalei we pride ourselves on offering you the highest quality merchandise. If your item is faulty, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days for a FULL REFUND. All we ask is that you email us before you return an item. Returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no tears, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The customer is responsible for postage costs. We will only refund postage if the item is found to be faulty. We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect fit, but we are happy to exchange the item for a different size or product. Please choose your items carefully and read all information regarding sizing.
Can I return an item for replacement?
We make a special effort to ensure you receive high quality items at all times. If you receive a product that is defective, please return the item, in it's packaging, and mark return to sender, email us with your details, so we can send you a replacement. Defective or damaged items will not be accepted after 10 days of the original shipping date. Once we receive your package, we will apply the credit from your return to this exchange order.
Who pays for return shipping fees?
The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product. However, we will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible. If you mark return to sender on the original post packaging, you will generally not pay any postage fee. For incorrect fit or change of mind the customer will not be refunded the cost of item or postage.
